Scope and contact

This policy covers the OneStop Sudoku browser game at onestopsudoku.com and www.onestopsudoku.com. It also covers our Cloudflare-hosted preview of the same website. For website privacy questions, email onestopapps.support@gmail.com.

The iPhone app is a separate product with its own advertising and privacy information. This website policy does not describe data collected inside that app. Please review the privacy information linked from its App Store listing.

Puzzles and progress stay in your browser

No account is required. The game stores puzzle boards, entries, notes, elapsed time, scores, completed-puzzle counts, streaks, and preferences in your browser’s local storage. This enables separate saves for each mode and difficulty. Puzzle generation and checking run on your device.

The website does not send your saved boards, individual moves, notes, scores, or puzzle-completion events to us. We have not added gameplay-event tracking. A visit to a game-mode page may appear in traffic reports, but that does not tell us whether you played or finished that puzzle.

Saves are not synced to the iPhone app, another browser, another device, or a different website address. They remain until you replace or remove them, clear the site’s browser storage, or your browser removes them. Private browsing may discard them when the session ends.

Hosting, security, and traffic measurement

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. In doing so, it processes ordinary connection and request information, which can include an IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and referring page. We use Cloudflare reports to understand overall traffic, diagnose problems, and distinguish suspicious requests from ordinary visits.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-visit and performance reporting. Reports can include visited pages, referrers, browser and device categories, country, and page-load timings. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and does not use it to track people across its customers’ websites. This is separate from the connection data Cloudflare processes to host and secure the site.

Advertising and external links

Google advertising is not currently enabled on this website. Areas labeled as reserved ad space are placeholders; they do not load an ad. Our public ads.txt file identifies an authorized advertising seller but does not itself collect visitor data or display advertising.

If website advertising is introduced, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated before the advertising code is enabled. Ads in the separate iPhone app are not covered by this statement.

App Store buttons and QR codes link to Apple. Email links open your email application. Following an external link is subject to that service’s privacy practices.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. You can ask us about deleting a support conversation by replying to it or using the support address above.

Your choices

You can remove local puzzle data through your browser’s site-data settings. This permanently removes the saves and statistics stored there; we cannot restore them from a server backup. See saved-progress help before clearing data.

You can use your browser’s privacy controls and content-blocking tools. Blocking local storage can prevent saves, and blocking JavaScript prevents the interactive game from running. The guides and this policy are also available as ordinary HTML.
